Grower relationships are where agricultural input providers can really have an impact on conservation. In order to grow those customer relationships it takes in-depth knowledge from staff on conservation programs, carbon markets, and how regenerative agriculture can work hand in hand. I will go into partnerships developed in Missouri and how we utilize those to impact staff knowledge and the services we provide to our member owners.
