IntelliAg

The DICKEY-john IntelliAg presentation will provide the following information. Definition of the ISO11783/ISO BUS standard and application in agriculture industry including review of the AEF (Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation) organization that develops these standards. Illustration of ISO BUS system architecture with emphasis on the OEM tractor virtual terminal plug and play concept with the implement control module. Focus on DICKEY-john’s IntelliAg ISO BUS system capabilities and specific applications for seeding, spraying, granular and vehicle automatic steering. Overview will include detail of hardware used in a typical system and potential cost savings realized from the system investment.

Pat Fuchs

Product Manager, IntelliAg
DICKEY-john

Pat Fuchs, Product Manager, is responsible for the IntelliAg (ISO11783) control system and Public Works product line. As a product manager, Pat defines the product requirements for both lines and works closely with engineering development teams to incorporate new features as well as support on current products. Pat has worked at DICKEY-john since 1987 and started in the field test engineering group before moving to the technical support group from 1988 to 1991. In 1992 he transferred to sales and marketing serving as the Public Works account manager and Manager of Proprietary Product Sales prior to taking on his current responsibilities as Product Manager in 2004. Pat obtained a BS degree in Agronomy with a minor in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
