InfoAg Speakers InfoThank you for participating in InfoAg as a speaker!Speakers, Please Provide...Presentation Description. We ask that you submit a brief (~50 words) description of your talk for use on the web site to help attendees learn about what will be covered in your presentation. You can view the presentation description via the At-a-Glance view of the program and clicking on your presentation. If you have not yet submitted a description, please do so as soon as possible. Brief Bio. The bios are used on the web site and help to give some context to attendees unfamiliar with you. The press also may use these bios as a brief background in preparation for an article about your presentation. Digital Photograph. A digital photograph is used on the web in several places. Please provide a digital photo as soon as possible. If you would like to change the photo we are currently using. Please send a new file to qrund@paqinteractive.com. You can view your bio and photograph by clicking on your name from the speaker's list page. The above information are due by January 12, 2007. Please submit information as you can to help give attendees more detail about you and about your talk. Proceedings. We will prepare conference proceedings from your presentation and/or a short paper. Following the conference, proceedings will be posted to the conference web site in pdf format. Presentation InformationAdditionally, we are requesting that speakers send their PowerPoint presentations. We will copy the presentation to the hard drive of the laptop that will be assigned to your session. You may also bring your own laptop. InfoAg will provide a computer projector and overhead, please indicate if you need other equipment including slide projector, internet connection, etc. If you need other audio/visual arrangements, please contact Quentin Rund (qrund@paqinteractive.com) The program is composed of a series of four concurrent sessions. Each session will run 50 minutes with one or two speakers - each having a 25 to 50-minute presentation respectively. There will be a discussion period at the end of each session if time permits. (See the complete program here.) Registration & AccommodationsAs a speaker, you receive complimentary registration for the conference. You will receive a notification of your registration via email. (To view the contact info we have on record, follow this link and click on your name for your "details".) You will be responsible for your own transportation to the conference and lodging expenses.
