Exhibitor Information
We have scheduled exhibit times, plus all receptions, lunches, and breaks are served in the exhibit hall to maximize traffic and give you time to talk with attendees. Each exhibit space includes:
- 10' tabletop display space
- One 8' draped display table
- Two chairs
- 5 customized registration coupons per booth at $25 each
- listing on the conference web site with a link to your web site
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Tuesday, February 20: 11:50 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Evening Reception)
Wednesday, February 21: 9:50 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Move In:
Tuesday, February 20: 10:00 a.m.
Exhibitor Move Out:
Wednesday, February 21: after 1:30 p.m.
