InfoAg Pre-Conference Tour
The pre-conference tour will be Monday, July 9th. The tour will include stops at Tim Seifert's farm with over a dozen active trials, unique soil pits to compare insecticide options, and fungicide trials. From there we will go to Brandt Consolidated to see their new corporate offices and operations center. After lunch at Brandt's we will return to Springfield to visit TeeJet's manufacturing plant. It's a full day of precision ag activities. Tour fee of $50 includes charter bus transportation, lunch, and tour goody package.

An on-the-farm visit with local producer, Tim Seifert, who uses precision farming and information technology will round out the day-long tour. The Seifert farm is also home to some Monsanto test plots. |

The tour group will meet at 7:45 am, in the lobby of the Crowne Park Plaza, Springfield, IL. Reservations for the tour may be made with your InfoAg Conference registration, or call 217-762-7955. At-the-door arrangements can be made preceding the tour in the hotel lobby. A $50 fee includes lunch and transportation. |
